Transaction fees:

• 7 % including tax on properties between 100,000 euros and 300,000 euros,
• 6% including tax on properties over 300,000 euros

The commission rate is inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

The remuneration, including VAT, shall be paid by the client (Buyer or Seller in accordance with the sales agreement).

In case of delegation of power of attorney, the applicable fees will be those of the agency that received the initial sales mandate.

Valuation Report: 180 euros including tax

Seasonal Furnished Rental Fees: 24% incl. VAT

For a service incorporating:
• Photographs taken and published online on various internet supports.

• drawing up and signing contracts
• receipt of funds and reimbursement to the owner
